MAIN FEATURES
When designing the reinforced concrete structures, it was taken into account that the structure would be constructed and operated in low-temperature conditions with an artificial climate. A unique solution was used to increase the flexural length of piles in frozen soils. When calculating special loads, changes in material properties at both high and low temperatures were taken into account.

TECHNICAL FEATURES

SCOPE OF WORK
- Technical consulting;
- Preparation of design documentation with a full set of calculations for the construction stages, normal operation, and emergency scenarios;
- Development and adaptation of working documentation based on technical VCGP;
- Development of a specialized pile testing program and subsequent scientific processing of the results;
- Optimization and validation of design solutions for foundations and substructures.
YAMAL LNG
YAMAL LNG is an integrated project for the production, liquefaction, and supply of natural gas, being implemented on the Yamal Peninsula, above the Arctic Circle, at the South Tambeyskoye field. The project entails the construction of a liquefied natural gas (LNG) plant with a capacity of approximately 16.5 million tons per year, using the resources of the South Tambeyskoye field. Construction of the LNG plant is being carried out in three phases, with commissioning scheduled for 2017, 2018, and 2019. The project envisages annual production of approximately 16.5 million tons of liquefied natural gas (LNG) and up to 1.2 million tons of gas condensate, with deliveries to markets in the Asia-Pacific region and Europe. As part of the project, transportation infrastructure is being created, including a seaport and airport in Sabetta.
