CUSTOM-DESIGNED RESIDENTIAL BUILDING IN ST. PETERSBURG
The residential building is located at 37 Korablestroiteley Street, St. Petersburg. A foundation and supporting structure design has been completed for a four-section building with varying heights: 12, 14, 16, and 14 floors.

The foundation is a monolithic box-type structure on driven piles 24 meters deep. The pile foundation is 24 meters deep and uses 400x400 mm reinforced concrete piles. Bored piles were used to reduce the impact on adjacent buildings. The project envisages the construction of a box-section foundation combined with a technical floor. Due to rational foundation design solutions, the client received an additional 800 m² of usable space in addition to the planned one.

The design solutions were developed at the "Project" stage, which received a positive expert opinion, and at the "Working Documentation" stage. During the design supervision process, the work performed complies with the working documentation, and the quality of materials and construction work is monitored.

This building is the first in the city to feature centralized glazing of balconies and loggias. Structural elements of the penthouse are designed on the roof of the 16-story section of the building. The total floor area of the residential building is 24,500 m².
