BUILDING IN THE HISTORICAL DISTRICT OF ST. PETERSBURG
Reconstruction of a building in a historic district of St. Petersburg, bounded by Palace Square, Nevsky Prospekt, the Moika River Embankment, and Bolshaya Morskaya Street, with the preservation and reconstruction of the facades.
The facade adjacent to the General Staff Building was restored based on the designs of the building's first architect, O.A. Clausen. This six-story luxury residential complex, custom-designed, features underground parking and a winter garden on the 6th floor. The monolithic frame building features brick walls.
The design complied with height restrictions, reinforced the foundations of existing buildings, and utilized complex structural solutions to preserve the building's historical elements.
