TECHNICAL FEATURES
Embankment of 115m and 100 m presented as massive structure with cozy building elevated above water level horizon of lake Semenovskoye.
Promenade zone of embankment conceived about 10m - 15m width, with benches for guests and pedestrian approaches to tourist bus stops and parking lots, boat stations and recreation areas (shopping centers and restaurants, cafeterias, sport centers etc).
Individual mooring area “Shpora” should be constructed with viewing area with artificial lighthouse as a symbol of Murmansk City as a symbolic gate to Russian Federation and Polar area.
For maximum use of existing landscape within promenade areas sand beach should be arranged with preservation of “Baraniy Lob” Rock . Total length of beach area should be 190 m long.
For parking zone sophisticated caves of boulders should be created crisscrossed with pedestrian passes and bicycle tracks. Total length of bicycle tracks per parking zone conceived 1780 m long.
