- Height of supports: up to 7.5 m.
Retaining walls
- Total length of retaining walls: 675.8 m;
- Total volume of monolithic reinforced concrete: 2,950 m³.
- Street and road network
- Reconstruction of the existing 7th Kozhukhovskaya Street, 933 m long;
- Design of Driveway No. 5170, 759 m long;
- Reconstruction of existing traffic lights;
- Design of an exit ramp to the MFC site, 125 m long;
- Storm drainage
Reconstruction of external utilities
- External lighting;
- Water supply and sewerage networks;
