UNDERGROUND PARKING OF A RESIDENTIAL BUILDING IN KOLPIN
The underground parking lot of an apartment building is a single-story underground structure located beneath the courtyard of the building. It is located at Pavlovskaya Street, Plot 1, Kolpino, Leningrad Region.
It is a monolithic reinforced concrete structure consisting of:
A VPA tensioning system was used on both sides of the concrete, bonding it to the concrete and positioning it in channel formers injected after tensioning. Tensioning was applied along 17-meter spans. DYWIDAG-Systems anchors were used to tension the VPA. The VPA has a polygonal layout, with a lifting boom of 600 mm.
It is a monolithic reinforced concrete structure consisting of:
- a 200 mm thick ribbed-plate roof slab with 800 mm high beams;
- columns, 500 x 500 mm in cross-section, with a beam spacing of 17 x 100 mm and a transverse spacing of 8 x 100 mm, made of B40, W8, or F200 grade concrete;
- walls, 200 mm thick, made of B40, W8, or F200 grade concrete;
- a single-row pile foundation connected by a strip grillage under the walls and separate pile foundations under the concrete columns;
- prismatic driven reinforced concrete piles, 16 m long.
Construction of ribbed slab roofing: - monolithic reinforced concrete with on-site prestressing;
- high-strength reinforcement (HSR) – each beam contains four high-strength steel cables,
15.7 mm in diameter, 150 mm² in area, bundled into 9-strand bundles; - non-stressed reinforcement.
